Description of the coin
The date of birth of foreign intelligence is considered to be December 20, 1920, on this day Felix Edmundovich Dzerzhinsky signed an order on the creation of the Foreign Department of the All-Russian Emergency Commission.
Obverse description
The State Emblem of the Russian Federation is depicted in the center, and the name of the country "RUSSIAN FEDERATION" is framed on both sides with double diamonds along the edge. At the bottom, there is a horizontal inscription in three lines – "BANK OF RUSSIA, 3 RUBLES, 2020".
