    Description

    this is a vintage give back in the 1960's while Gov. Kenneth Curtis was in place and Mr. Ronald Green was commissioner of the sea and shore fisheries.
    it was meant as an gift, just not sure if it was for the public or the state house personal.
    the card is still in tack and readable and the tie clip works great.
    the clip is about 1.75'' and the card is 2''x 2.75'', it has all the writing on it and a place for the clip.
    card read's the following;
    "dear friends of maine,
    please accept this gift with the compliments of our great state as a reminder that maine seafoods are the best in the world.''
    signed by: Ronald W. Green, commissioner, sea and shore fisheries
    Kenneth M. Curtis, Governor, State of Maine
    payment is due at the time of purchase, please
