    1871 letter signed by Theodore Harvery Barrett (1834-1900), who served as colonel of the 62nd US Colored Troops in the civil war and received a brevet as a brigadier general.  1871 letter datelined Fort Arbuckle (now in Oklahoma) in his capacity as U.S. surveyor..
